Cute spot with a decent selection and an outdoor space. Our bartender, Caitlyn, was great - warm and funny. The Superbowl was on when I was there, so I can't speak to the music/vibes on a regular basis.
Only downside is that the place is cash only which is like impossible for me. -

Bad service the drinks were good but the bartender kept leaving and honestly I think it's because I'm black didn't really show be any attention if you're black don't come here the only good thing about this place is the happy hour guess it's only good for white people so if you're white and want to have a good time here you go enjoy yourself and also they don't ID at all so come right in my 20 and below people this is the place for you guys just make sure you're white but I'm definitely not coming here again no thank you down south 1940's bar

Is Soft Spot under new management?
- female (blonde) manager with a serious attitude
- was told happy hour 2 for 1 coins must be used same day (what? That doesn't make any sense)
- said manager was speaking of negatively about how previous employees allowed happy hour coins to be used (the right way!)
- the casual good vibe is gone

Great atmosphere and friendly bar tenders.I really like the decor, it's a good romantic date spot. Drinks are reasonably priced for Williamsburg and it's usually a low key place to hang. The bartenders are great, I always like to ask them about the special cocktails. There's always something new to try and as well as the standard options.

This is a very cute and hidden spot in Williamsburg! Amazing happy hour (2 for 1 drinks!!!) and ambiance. Their backyard/outside area is filled with lights and a barbecue.
